MQM seeks Imran Khan's disqualification ISLAMABAD, June 12 (APP): Mutahidda Qaumi Movement Tuesday filed a reference with Speaker of the National Assembly Chaudhry Amir Hussain, seeking disqualification of Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan. Addressing a press conference MQM Parliamentary Leader Dr Farooq said the reference has been filed under Article 62,63 of the Constitution and Public Representation Act 1976 which says no person involved in extra-marital affairs can contest elections in Pakistan.
